UWJMS aims to provide biannual publication, published after peer review from editorial board members from across the world. It provides a platform for research in areas of management, human resource, finance, and marketing. Review process involves the ‘Editorial Manager System’ i.e. encompassing an online manuscript submission, review and managing systems. All articles undergo through a blind-peer-review
process prior to acceptance. Review process is carried out by the editorial board, comprising members of UWJMS. Acceptance of any citable manuscript is entail approval by minimum two independent reviewers, followed by editor’s acceptance. Authors, aspiring to publish their research may submit manuscripts and track their progress through the system. Reviewers can download manuscripts and submit their opinions to the editor. Editors can manage the whole submission/review/revise/publish process.
- UWJMS is an open access journal. Abstracts and full texts of all articles published in the journal can be read online without any form of restriction.
